Free Returns for all U.S. orders and no restocking fees!  You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to request a return eligible items.

How will I receive my store credit?

You can expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your return to our warehouse.  We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to process and resolve your concern.  Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

We stand by all of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with them!  We always do our best to take care of our customers as we deal with each situation in a fair and respectful- American Classic way.  Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchases made with giveaway gift cards or prize credits are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@americanclassicboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label that you will print out and attach to your package. Returned items must be received within 30 days of order fulfillment to receive store credit.

Additional Return Details 

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.  We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. 
  • If sending back only part of your entire order, your store credit amount will reflect the amount of the returned item(s) only. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of fulfillment date.  
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. 
  • Once your return is processed and accepted, we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit that can be used on our website.
